Private Equine Therapy

We bring humans and horses together to heal. Horses act as a mirror, showing us who we truly are.

Private Psychotherapy Sessions with Horses

If you're going through a tough transition in life, perhaps you could use some extra guidance. When dealing with grief, trauma, or addiction, equine therapy could be the TLC you need! Our horses can help you connect with yourself and foster trust through a healing and peaceful experience.

By building a relationship with one of our gentle horses, you can realign with your true self. You learn to find peace and calm in the midst of chaos. Let's work together to help you find the support and healing you need to thrive!

Horse therapy allows you to:

  • free yourself from limiting beliefs, fear, and imposter syndrome by learning to like and accept yourself

  • understand and acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses

  • improve your self-esteem and your self-awareness

  • develop self-regulation and body-awareness

  • improve your empathy and listening skills to better communicate with others

  • exist more intentionally in relationships by learning to set clear and healthy boundaries

3-6 sessions are required for optimal results.

Meet Your Guide

Denice Muzzatti and her therapy horse Cezar.

I’m Denice: a Registered Psychotherapist and multi-passionate healer. You can learn more about me here. I want to share the beauty of horses and their gift of healing with the world as an equine-assisted therapist.

A horse is generous. They give us courage, strength, and serenity. If you honour them, they will spoil you with support.

A horse lives in the present. It’s beautiful to watch, and I invite you to visit us and experience horse-powered psychotherapy.
